SHIPPING POLICY

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

AMRONI offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 business day. Processing may take longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

After the carrier receives your package, estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Including processing, please allow approximately 4–6 business days from placing your order to delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand may cause delays.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email with tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

A tracking number may be created before the carrier receives your package. The first carrier scan confirms that your package is in transit.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to correct your address, email amronicom@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your estimated delivery window has passed, or tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact amronicom@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and help you with the next steps.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES

Applicable customs duties and import fees for orders shipped to the United States are included in our prices. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
